In The Louisville premiere engagement, the Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award winning Smash hit musical JERSEY BOYS, the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, is going to play in Kentucky Center during August 15, 2010.Directed by two-time Tony Award-winner Des McAnuff, JERSEY BOYS won the 2006 Tony Award for Best Musical, the 2006 Grammy Award for Best Musical Show Album, most newly, the 2009 Olivier Award for Best New Musical, continues to break box office records on Broadway and across North America. Hit musical JERSEY BOYS is written by Academy Award -winner Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, with music by Bob Gaudio, lyrics by Bob Crewe and choreography by Sergio Trujillo. Hit musical JERSEY BOYS is part of the PNC Broadway across America 09/10 Season in Louisville. The schedule of the hit musical JERSEY BOYS premiere will be in Louisville at the Kentucky Center on July 28- August 15, 2010 on Tuesday-Thursday at 7:30PM, Friday at 8:00PM, Saturday at 2:00PM and 8:00PM, and Sunday at 1:00PM and 6:30PM.
